Best Employee award goes to Devin at the Hershey Outlets! He was amazing. It was my daughters 16th birthday and after a rough afternoon, he must have seen we needed some "care". He was like our personal shopper, answering the ins and outs of vanilla scent wearing; to answering coupon, rewards, and so on questions...(3 generations shopping, so we were a group!) Again, a true example of customer service, beaming personality, he didnt rush us or loose patients with us. Thank you Devin for making her day!

It looks great, no mess or anything, and there were some pretty good sales. There was a staff member who was super friendly and so helpful. However, when I got to the checkout line, I had to wait a couple of minutes because there was no one behind the register. I get that some people need help, but there were only 2 other people in the store. The cashier had an attitude. I had a birthday coupon that I wanted to use, and when I told the cashier, she said I had no rewards, yet I could see it on my phone and my email that I did have the reward. When I told her, she told me I could not use it for the item and asked me if I wanted the item or not. Mind you, there are no other details specifying what can be purchased with the coupon, only that it must be under $9.95. My item was $9.45 before ta

The staff in there is very knowledgeable, so I was able to shop with my own personal shopper.It was quite an enjoyable and fun time!!!!

Went here last weekend just to smell some nice smells but I really am leaving this review because of Andrea. She was very information, bright and enthusiastic to help people find a scent they like. She 100% made the kids day that walked in after me with how she interacted with them and their excitement. Easily the best service I've seen/had from a Bath and Body Works employee.
