This place is dangerous to your wallet ifykyk lol. But I absolutely love the manager she's so nice and helpful. Her staff is always friendly to. Would've given full Star but this company needs to do better with their collection on certain products like the car freshener and certain lotions scents. Bringback Magnolia body lotion and the car freshener Island Papaya these are good sellers and I don't understand why they took them away.

The Name Re Charge speaks for itself, because Its awesome. I discovered this aroma in Bath and Body works in October 2024 just to test it out because I must stay Peaceful, positive, and productive. I wish I had known about this sent sooner, because I love it! I'm over fifty, and into diffusers and humidifiers to relax and keep my aura in peace, and when I ordered this just to smell it, it is now my go to fragrant. When the smell hit my endorphins, I'm immediately placed into a state of being productive, positive, and peaceful. This fragrant calms and soothes. "Disappointing experience with manager Cristina at this Bath & Body Works store. I had a faulty plug-in wall flower that leaked oil and sparked, and I wanted to exchange it for a new one (and even pay extra). However, Cristina was unhelpful and dismissive, claiming the product looked "used" well that’s what I bought it for to put an oil refill in it but not to over spill and spark. After being refused assistance, I left my purchases behind and contacted customer service, who promptly apologized and sent me a $25 gift certificate. Clearly, Cristina's management style and attitude need improvement. Hopefully, corporate will take note and address the issue. 1/5 stars for this location only."

My favorite store to shop at year end with my sissies! We stock up on our favorites that are only here for Christmas. Great sales! Love Bath and Body Works!

I love bath and body works products and this location is convenient for me. I am worried that they are putting too much sales pressure on the staff. I went in last week and one of the workers was over selling me and pressure selling me and it made me uncomfortable. I probably would have made a purchase that day if they weren't so pushy about the product they were competing for sales with each other over. I really just wanted to look around within the store without anyone hounding me.
