Bath & Body Works

I have been to this location a handful of times now. It's a fairly good store. My only complaint is that it is such a tight space. However, last time I visited I got help from a lovely employee named Kelley. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help have definitely made me excited to return. I bought many new scents thanks to her suggestions. 5 stars for her!

I ordered online and picked up in-store twice last week. I was a tad bit aggravated the first time because the girl couldn't find my order so I had to stand there and wait on her to go back 3 times to look for my order. She finally found it and I went on my way. The second time I went in to pickup my order I was greeted by Kelley. She was very welcoming, helpful, found my order right away, and made sure to check everything I ordered was in the bag 🙂

First time this location and I must say Melanie was the best. She even took the time to help me find a new fragrance!!!

Such a great part of the mall, took advantage of some of their fall sales today and the woman who greeted me (Angelina? Angelica? I can’t quite remember, I forgot to ask!) was so so helpful and kind. Will definitely be returning!

Extremely rude workers store is very crowded several workers gave me a bad attitude when I asked them where something was and proceeded to shove me out of the way. Definitely. Will NOT be returning or recommending this location
