Bath & Body Works

Fully stocked store, but I've been to better. The store smells a bit like body odor and body mist (not a great combination). Also, it feels like the person standing at the store entrance greeting people is there more so to profile folks they're concerned may shoplift...I went in there with my daughter and her friend and they greet us then promptly whisper on their mics. The checkout lines are also very confusing and lead to folks getting told where to stand or other customers irked that someone cut in front of them. Strange place.

I went in the other day with a friend. The store is clean, well stocked and organized really well. I mainly wanted to shout out to Kara who was working the front. She was attentive, knowledgeable and really friendly. Thank you Kara for making us feel welcome and for knowing your stuff!

Came in to do last minute Christmas shopping, as I was standing off to the side waiting for a family member to finish at the counter. I overheard of what I can assume is the Manager named “Kodi” who was yelling at an older lady who was restocking the shelves. She yelled at the employee telling her to get out the way and she's in the way of customers that need to exit. There were no customers leaving at the time she was restocking and she wasn't in the way. I think that's unprofessional, rude, and humiliating to treat the employee in that way.

I love this store! The products are high quality and smell delightful! Two associates offered help if I needed it and shared the deals of the day. I had received coupons in the mail and needed help figuring out the best deal, and the beautiful store manager was quick to help and showed me how as they did it, and I saved a ton! Best shopping experience- best store - ever!
