I’m writing to report an unpleasant experience I had today at your Arundel Mills location. My daughter used her savings to buy some products, and only about 20 minutes after we left the store, the shopping bag tore open because one of the items had a sharp edge. Some of the products fell out onto the ground. We returned to the store right away, but when I explained what happened to the manager and an employee named Enzo, they showed little empathy and refused to help. Even though the issue was clearly caused by the poor quality of the bag and the sharp packaging, we were denied replacements. Please do not do an online order at this location! You wait forever and forever for your order to be fulfilled and the Manager Skyler is very nonchalant! I have a birthday party to attend tomorrow and I was made aware online that my order would be ready in 4hours and I haven’t gotten a email or text stating that it was ready yet and it is now almost a whole business day. I ordered from the Columbia location within 2hours ago and already received notification that my order was ready for pickup! I suggest if you need your items quickly do not order from ARUNDALL MILLS LOCATION! Side note… this has happened multiple times… Stay away!

I am an avid bath and body works shopper who orders rather frequently. This is my first encounter with this store. I placed an online order two days later I did not receive an email. I happen to be in the area so I went to the actual store. The order was not done. I asked if I can pick up the order since I was there. I was advised that they were 13 people in front of me and it would take 1.5 hours. I stayed inside of the mall upon closing and did not get an email about five hours later. I received an email stating that everything outside of two items were canceled. This store is very unorganized as it pertains to pick up orders. I do not recommend.

Every time I place an online pickup order from this location, it takes up to four days to receive a notification—while other stores usually have my order ready within a few hours. I even called what I thought was the actual store to cancel, but the person told me it wasn’t possible. SMH. I finally received a pickup notification, only to find out that just one of the five items I ordered was available; the rest were cancelled, apparently due to being out of stock. What a waste of time. This isn’t my first disappointing experience with this location, but it will definitely be my last.

This location was disappointing compared to other Bath & Body Works stores I’ve been to. It was confusing where the line started. No signage or guidance. Unlike other locations, no one offered any help while I was browsing. At checkout, the cashier didn’t put my item in a bag, even after I said yes and didn’t mind paying the 10 cent fee. The customer service just felt lacking overall.
