Bath & Body Works

I recently visited the Bath & Body works store in Greenville, NC, and I was impressed with the customer service. The sales associates were helpful and knowledgeable, and they took the time to help me find what I was looking for. I was also impressed with the selection of products in the store. They had a wide variety of scents to choose from, and they also had a great selection of candland fragrances. Overall, I had a great experience at Bath & Body Works in Greenville, NC. The customer service was excellent, and the selection of products was amazing. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for body care or fragrances.

B&BW Greenville North Carolina 12/21/25 Strike #1 * this store was an absolute mad house. One employee was stocking shelves and you could clearly hear him cursing about the customers being in his way. I dont know if he was on the phone (had ear buds) or if he was just talking to himself. Strike #2 * I wasnt able to locate a fragrance but come to find out the item I wanted was on the very top shelf and I'm short (😆) so I asked another employee if she could help me. She looked at me like I had TWO HEADS. She mumbled something then just walked off. I had to ask another customer if they could reach it. Strike #3 * The music was SO LOUD I had to leave my selected items in the basket and walk out. Very, very disappointed in this location. I drove 30 minutes to Greenville, NC because this is

I received the best customer service tonight. The associate helping me made candle suggestions that I've never thought of mixing together. I wish I had gotten her name for the sake of this review. I can tell she loves what she does and she has such a joyful personality.

Great selections! Love their Candles & Lotions! Was not too busy on a Saturday afternoon.

All the employees are watching all the customers pile up while one person works the cash register to make all the customers wait in a long line.
