I live in the middle of nowhere. When I go into the city it’s normally a day trip. I placed an order online of which I picked up in the store. Thank goodness I checked the bags before I left the store. I was missing an item, notified the customer service representative. she had to ask the manager what to do. The manager came over to help. She went and grabbed the missing item and put it in the bag. Not thinking twice to check the bag again. I later found this in the bag… The missing item that the manager put in my bag was a “try me” bottle.. one that everyone has had their fingers in. Disgusted I tried to go back in but didn’t realize the mall closed at 6pm I called the store to see if they can make an exception since it was their mistake not mine. Happy New Year Everyone 💐 I just would like to say I can't believe how this store has went down it's filthy all up by the register look like it was dog hair today so dusty I'm just sitting by the people in there act like they don't want to work very few of them are friendly I have purchased something online I went there one day to pick it up they don't send you out an email to say that their clothes because of no AC in their store but it was AC in the mall all the other stores was open except for that one I banged on the glass to let them know that I had an online order it was a gift for someone they act like they were mad at me today I had water candle but I wanted to exchange it so I asked the lady I just had bought it I asked could I just exchange it out they looked at me like I was bot

Whats not to like, Its Bath and Body works! The lines are always long. This is the only con I have for this store. Overall, you will find something to purchase!!
