Christmas Eve might not be quite the time to go. Hectic and crazy and everything sold out. But the customer service is especially great. Was very impressed with the girl at the counter named zee. Absolutely service like that makes it worth it... When they are patient, efficient and on top of all the things you are asking them about.

The nice bath and bodywork worker that was working with some product. She really helped me out and when I was cashed out, I wanted something else and she just took my receipt and change the product so I wouldn’t have to get in the line. This is five star work in my book.

Friendly general staff, but the manager is incredibly rude. I called the store days prior to confirm the date of my order pickup, considering the holiday store closing, and me and the employee confirmed a date for pickup. When I arrived I was told the order was cancelled and the manager blamed me for it. Instead of just taking accountability for their mistake of giving me the wrong pickup date and cancelling my order, I was gaslit and accused of lying. Very gross behavior. A simple apology would have sufficed.
