I went in today to use a coupon, and I was struggling! Had the wrong email, couldn't get on the WiFi, etc etc. Aceneth helped me at the register and was so patient and sweet, I appreciated her so much. I've truly never had a bad experience at this location; it is always well stocked, well organized, and well staffed.

I purchase Wallflowers Fragrance Refills online, unfortunately some of the scents were very strong so had to return them. Brought 12 of them only got refunded for 10. The manager doesn’t know how to count… Will not be returning to this store

It was awesome took my granddaughter so she could spend her Christmas present and went way over what she had so thru in the difference. Staff was very helpful

The staff is amazing and always super helpful. I enjoy visiting this location for some retail therapy!

I would leave a lower review if possible. My shopping experience ended in such a horrible way when the register attendant insulted the children I was with. I had an infant in my shopping party who was making noise, as infants do. The Bath and Body Works employe was visibly overwhelmed and instead of being an adult and asking the other attendant next to them for support, stated that the "child is annoying me" and continued to explain why my coupon wouldn't work at their store. "There's nothing in this store that works for that coupon" and when I reiterated this statement to my shopping companion, he spoke over me stating that wasn't what he said and clarified that the 2 items I had grabbed didn't qualify and was unable to provide additional details as to why, such as any coupon fine print o
