Horrible experience. I had two coupons for free items and the cashier kept insisting to me that they were already redeemed. I had to put my free item back. I confirmed with corporate that they were in fact not redeemed. Lazy employees who just want to get people out of the line instead of actually helping. And I've been dealing with customer service all day with them. Huge waste of time and false advertising

I wish I knew the employees name UGHH, but he has really long beautiful hair, beard… he was SO nice to me and my boyfriend. We went in yesterday shopping for candles and he helped us decide on which one to get because there’s over 100 scents lol but he was AMAZING and I really felt like he went above and beyond helping us, it was so sweet!!! Thank you!!!

Really nice loved it today, only thing is that i kindly asked the cashier if they had extra ribbon and smiled at me and said sorry we don't have more :/ i asked someone else that worked there and gave me some ribbon to wrap the fragrances i bought.

I love this Bath & Body Works. When we visit from Oklahoma I always love to come here and check out their goodies. The selection here is amazing. This location has some of the nicest people working here. Brandon runs this store so well and he is so helpful! Make sure you come at Christmas time, you won’t be disappointed! This stores workers are truly amazing! From the first walk in I was greeted to my very last step out, it was so welcoming and refreshing! Jeremiah, who was my cashier, is a real gift in the customer service industry! He struck up friendly small talk while still remaining efficient and even reminded me I had a free gift to use that I had forgotten about! Thank you Grapevine Mills Bath & Body Works, your team rocks!
