People here were extremely helpful and patient and answered all of my questions. With all the new fragrances coming out sometimes it takes a while to get adjusted to new flows. They handle customer flow very well and even though we had a long line, it flew through pretty quickly!

The cashier Shiquita is incredibly rude and needs some serious customer service training. Everything we said was followed by a dirty look and a rude comment. She wasn’t very knowledgeable when we asked simple questions about a gift card and seemed annoyed at us for asking. The store itself and all of the other associates were great though! It’s a shame that her horrible attitude will keep me from shopping at this location ever again.

I was in today to get the new Disney villains collection and was helped by woman names Abby. She was super sweet and very helpful! I really appreciate her going out of her way for me. I also really love the collection and hope they make more of the villain series soon!

The employee (I believe her name was Yani or something along those lines??) that helped me today was beyond sweet and I’ve never had such a pleasant interaction with the staff anywhere. Give that girl a raise! She is wonderful to talk to and made me leave feeling like I made a new best friend lol

Lots of great smelling stuff! Purchased some of the soap, smells good.
