The ONLY thing is: they are expensive. It's like $16 for a bottle of lotion. Their scents are amazing though and there is so much to choose from. However, if you plan on buying from this store directly, I would ONLY recommend that you ONLY use their deals and discounts when you're looking for something. Also, sign up for their rewards program online or via in store. They have everything from perfume, cologne, hand soap, face wash, face moisturizer, body moisturizer, sanitizer, etc. If you buy on their website, you may have to pay for shipping if you cant pick up in store.

I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the amazing lady who helped me here! (Will update when I get her name) I went in today to return and repurchase a few items… & was helped by the sweetest soul! She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole process so easy. That level of customer service and pure kindness is so rare these days, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you for being so sweet and truly going above and beyond! 💕

They are always so organized and will to help! The store I always clean and stocked up. Durning a pandemic I can say I always feel safe and clean going in!

Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service at Bath & Body Works Location at Oulet mall Grand Prairie Dear Bath & Body Works Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor customer service I experienced today at one of your store locations. This morning, I went to the store to pick up an order my wife had placed online. Upon entering, I greeted the employees, but unfortunately, neither of the two staff members responded. One of them, who eventually helped me, had a noticeably bad attitude.
