Customer service is always great. Very kind and helpful staff. Going back tomorrow before the aromatherapy sale is over!! Can never pass up a good sale!
I walked into the store in Glendora around 10:15 AM. There were about four or five workers just talking and milling around. No one ever acknowledged me. Obviously, I was looking for something special, but no one asked if they could help. They looked at me and just kept on walking. I’m very disappointed and will never go back to that store again.
Not too crowded and they have a good amount of products. Most of the staff is cool but it's kind of small.
Horrible customer service, try to pickup my online order but everyone refuse to help with my pickup order. extremely unprofessional
