Bath & Body Works

Decided to shop Black Friday hesitantly. I feel so lucky to had such an amazing experience here at Bath & Body works! All staff were consistently excellent. Noah in particular was very helpful and took the time during the busyness of the store to show me some great products. Sherika was also very patient with ringing me out and helpful. Thank you all for making this easy and all comforting.

Sales personnel are so friendly, helpful, and take time for customers. My favorites seem to run out alit and hard to order on line as well. Disappointing my favorite isn't available near me.

Victoria is a joy and super helpful. She was clear and concise with helping me make the best decision on my gifting needs. As well as a few personal decisions for my home. Because of her this is one of my favorite locations to visit I always get exactly what I need and without guilt a little of what I didnt know I needed. 😁

This location needs to work on their customer service skills. Spend 10 minutes in the store for the sale and walked past 4 employees to start even shopping and never greeted. Only was greeted and helped by the gentleman who was checking me out. Will drive out of my way to not go to this location.

Update 11/12/24 Still five stars for lovely employees. The only thing I’d like to add- I place orders online to pick up and they make it really easy to walk in and collect order without waiting, thank you! Today I wanted to grab a couple candles along with my online purchase. I waited in line for a while, underneath the speaker that was blaring music and decided to get my online purchase only. I appreciate the pick up option but would’ve bought more if that line wasn’t under the speaker. I had a truly lovely experience here today. A sales associate greeted me when I walked in and quickly explained the sales. When I checked out, the associate was super quick and pleasant and made sure I entered my account so I receive rewards.
