I live nearby, but I’m never coming to this store again. I gave them a coupon, and when I checked the receipt at home, I found they didn’t apply it at all. They also told me that one of my coupons was expired, which was not true.

I had an amazing experience at this location. Everything was beautifully stocked and displayed and the employees were all friendly and knowledgeable without being overbearing. I had some issues with an online order pick up and Kim was so gracious about helping me find all the items and was so sweet while doing so. I believe 2 managers also assisted and were very kind and helpful with figuring everything out. I would definitely recommend this location for the great customer service.

The store is beautiful & the staff are usually really nice however this location needs to work on the processing of the pick-up orders. After placing my order at 11:42 am & arriving at 3PM to pick up my order there should be no reason why my order is not ready! I was told by a manager working the pickup orders today (Saturday) 11/23/24 that not only was my order not ready, but that I would have to FURTHER WAIT (which I had no time for hence the pickup order) until they fulfilled the other 30 orders ahead of me which is UNACCEPTABLE!! That goes to show me that nobody was working on the pickup orders! Moreover, instead of accommodating me & quickly grabbing my 3 items I had purchased & apologizing; she only offered to cancel my entire order that I also used a rewards code on to get a free

Do not recommend this location. Manager does not allow you to stack coupons even though the coupon clearly states “may be combined…with MyB&BW loyalty rewards offers”. I only purchased $40 worth of hand soaps to utilize the $10 off coupon but was denied the ability to do so. Per cashier “our manager told us yesterday we’re not allowed to use that coupon” with the $2.99 hand soap price for loyalty members. Very disappointed in this location and the managers lack of knowledge of corporate coupons.
