The management( the two older ladies, they were who was asked by the employees for help and whom I was directed to) at this location are very rude! Last week I was in there and one of them was a little rude and I shrugged it off. Whatever people have days , right... I went in again today expecting to see a new product line( the new EDL). It says online it is now available there( I got super excited and went right when they opened) and I have seen many other people from other locations have been getting it for the last week or so. I asked about it and the two women in charge got rude with me saying it was against regionals rules and they aren't allowed to put it out until the 26th. That is almost two weeks away. I asked well if it's available online and I placed a BOPIS how would y'all fill

I went in to purchase some lotions for my girlfriend, I was asking some girl named kai how the discounts work if I needed to have a mobile number with them or not and she was short rude rolled her eyes multiple times you could just tell she didn’t want to help. At the end of the transaction she practically slammed my things down after scanning and on top of all of this they were used lotions I believe customers had sampled out of these bottles already! Definitely will not be coming back to this location Kai needs to either be trained or fired

I visited this Bath & Body Works during the candle sale and had a very disappointing checkout experience. I purchased four candles and presented a $10 off $40 coupon. The cashier reacted rudely, said I was already getting discounts, and then tore up my coupon instead of returning it to me. Even if the coupon could not be applied, destroying it and responding that way was unprofessional. I was honestly shocked, and it completely took away from what should have been a positive shopping experience.Customer service should be respectful, and destroying a customer’s coupon is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this so future customers don’t experience the same treatment

⭐️ 1 Star Extremely disappointed with my recent Bath & Body Works order. Two products arrived without caps, and their contents spilled all over the other items — all of which were intended as Christmas gifts. Everything was sticky, messy, and completely unsuitable for gifting. For a company of this size, the lack of basic packaging care is unacceptable. To make matters worse, I spent over 45 minutes with their customer service rep, who was largely unresponsive and offered no real resolution. I spend hundreds of dollars a year with Bath & Body Works, yet this was the level of service I received — dismissive, slow, and unhelpful. Stoped in on a whim to get some room spray and Josh was extremely helpful. I ended up getting a room spray and a candle. The whole team seems to have a Great helpful attitude an provide a welcoming atmosphere to Shop. KEEP IT UP! Clone Josh, and give him a raise and promotion 👏 kudos, Attitude and atmosphere is key for repeat business.
