Not a good experience at this store. The cashier was very confused when I gave her items that I needed to return. I had to pay the difference. I gave her exact change in cash. She said " I don't know how to make change " ?!? I made another transaction, gave her coupons that she never applied. At this point my frustration level was so bad ...I had to leave the store. I will not be returning to this location.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A LIFE-CHANGING PERFUME (LITERALLY) Dear Bath & Body Works, I just want to personally thank you for unknowingly assisting in my escape from a man who should’ve come with a warning label. So picture this: I walk in, happy, glowing, READY to show off the birthday perfumes my friend gifted me because she knows I collect scents like Pokémon cards. I spritz on a little Japanese Cherry Blossom, feeling cute, innocent, smelling like a gentle spring breeze… This man IMMEDIATELY starts crying. Not a single tear. Not a dramatic movie tear. No — FULL BODY, TREMBLING, “my life is falling apart” crying. I’m standing there like: ✨ (-__-) sir… what is happening ✨ He then informs me — for the FIRST TIME EVER — that his mom used to wear that exact perfume while beating his ass as a child. A

I have been going to this store for so many years and always have a great experience! You are always greeted immediately and everyone is always ready to help. I had several people help me today. They have a great stock and the store is always organized. The lines can get long, but it’s a popular store and all the employees work hard to keep the lines moving. Today I went in to pick up two online orders. One I had just placed and it wasn’t ready yet which I knew, but they let me know I could grab what I ordered and they would handle things from there. I am probably spelling her name incorrectly, but Rachelle was awesome! She helped me through the entire process. I came early and they made sure I left with what I needed. I’m not sure if she was a manager or not, but she does an amazing job!

My order was delayed (took 2 weeks to ship, arrived several days past the promised deadline). Then the candles FINALLY arrive and they are destroyed! How am I supposed to gift them looking the way they do? The wax has even come apart from the glass in some areas. Each one was individually packaged in boxes and they still look a mess. Truly disappointed!

All 3 times I’ve done an online order and went to pick it up, they give me the run around saying they don’t have an order for me. After at least 5 minutes they finally find it. On top of that, they’re ALWAYS “out of merchandise”, yet I see it as soon as I walk in. The staff here really need to be retrained or something.
