This location has wonderful employees who are very helpful but at closing time, the mall has a lady screaming the mall is closed, please exit.

I love this store! The nicest customer service employees as well as the manager! They didn't mind helping me look for what I needed even though it wasn't on the shelf, answering my questions and making suggestions. Always feels like coming home. ❤

i will never ever shop at this location ever again. a few days ago I went into the magnolia mall bath and body works to try and get a gift for my sister. I was a bit confused by one of the promotion signs so I asked a worker for help and his response was so horrible, i didn't feel comfortable even shopping there after that. I believe his name was Kyle. Well I have one thing to say Kyle, you show horrible customer service and I will happily never shop here AGAIN!!!!!!
