Bath & Body Works is honestly so frustrating. They constantly tell customers to place orders online for in-store pickup, especially when there’s a big sale like the $5 deals. I did exactly what they told me to do—ordered the items I wanted while they were on sale—only to show up and find out almost everything was suddenly “out of stock.” If the items were already ordered and confirmed, how are they magically gone by the time I get there? I drove 15 minutes in snowy weather just to be handed one item out of eight. One. That’s it. No warning, no proper phone call explaining what was missing, nothing. They still told me to come in, knowing full well most of my order wasn’t ready. What was the point of even placing the order the night before if they didn’t actually set the items aside? It ho

The two workers working the morning of October 16th deserve a raise. Best experience at a bath and body works store ever. The kindest and genuine care about their customers amazed me. You can't find that many places anymore. They made me feel welcomed and truly listened over small talk at the register that feeling of not being just a sale was unexpected and truly appreciated. Both ladies made that store feel like home. I will definitely return.

I love this brand because everyone is normally very helpful and warm. NOT this location. I'm not sure if it's because I had a toddler with me or what, but not ONE person greeted us or asked if we needed anything and we were in the store for 12 minutes. I've never left a bad review anywhere but this was a super bummer as I'm a young mom and when I DO get out, kind humans are nice to encounter. Do better

Customer service is top notch! The employees go above and beyond and are so helpful. The store always looks clean and orderly and has a great vibe due to the friendly service.

I love Bath & Body Works but this store failed to check the correct loyalty info and allowed another customer to use all my rewards. The person using my account got some free items because of my account. I don’t even live in Michigan.
