One of the best places to walk into at the mall!! The staff is always super friendly/helpful, free samplers, and simply the smell, so relaxing☺️

Always crowded, some staff are friendly others are rude. It just depends on the day you go I guess. I usually place online orders to go pick up and leave. When they have stores I do enjoy browsing when it's not overly crowded. The sales are pretty good, though. I mean I have a stockpile of products because their sales are always perfect. The regular priced items can be a bit high. Shop their sales and you can't go wrong.

Unfortunately, very rude staff. They struggle with crowd management. Told me to get in a specific line, then moved me back to the original line. I just wish they would get it together is all. Good selection, but most of the employees are rude and pushy.

Employees nice and friendly. The store was pretty busy but they kept it moving. All customers had smiling faces Pick up an extra gift for the husband and kinda got me something too❣️

I absolutely love Bath and body Works. I shop there a lot. I love them. Usually everyone is so nice. Everything is great except for those car fresheners. Those things are trash. They do not work at all. I have had mines in my car over two months and it is still full and yes, I do have it correctly. The lady at the store show me how to do it, I have looked at YouTube videos to make sure it is installed correctly and it is. Me and my cousin end up taking them back to the store and the cashier gave us so much attitude about returning them, kept trying to explain you need to do it this way that way just arguing back-and-forth with us after we told her That is how we had it installed in the car. It does not work. I even seen other reviews and people are saying the same thing they do not work. S
