The employee named KATIE was not very welcoming with us when we walked in. However, when a white couple that arrived a few minutes after we did, she greeted them, she was welcoming, complementing them and even making them aware of the offers available. After she finish talking to them she walked by us and even made eye contact with us and said nothing, absolutely nothing. I do not expect a lot; a simple welcome or hello is sufficient. I am not there to make friends, I am there to make a purchase. It is extremely rude to be selective as to whom you would offer your customer service and in this instance, racist as well and that is not okay. I am not sure if this the expectation set by the company. Regardless, she is just one employee and she is the face of the company and represent

Just visited the Bath & Body Works off Lee Jackson Memorial Highway, and the service was genuinely exceptional. Shizah (Pakistani girl) greeted us the moment we walked in and immediately made us feel taken care of. When I asked about the Japanese Cherry Blossom body butter, she didn’t just check the shelves — she went to the back and personally brought out six fresh ones for my mom. That level of attention is rare and deeply appreciated. I also want to highlight Shay (wearing a hijab), who was incredibly patient and welcoming during checkout. Her warmth and professionalism made the entire experience seamless. I shop, I value thoughtful, attentive service — and this location delivered it effortlessly. I’ll absolutely be returning.

I’ve visited this Bath & Body Works location twice, and both times were disappointing. The employees are extremely pushy and make you feel pressured to buy items, constantly using sales tactics like “you should get it because it’s on sale.” On one visit, when I went back to return an item, the employee tried hard to convince me not to return it and instead exchange or buy something else, again insisting that other products were “on sale.” It felt uncomfortable and not like the friendly shopping experience I expect from Bath & Body Works. I won’t be coming back to this location.
