The store’s employees were attentive and helpful. I was there for about an hour and asked a lot of questions. They helped me with finding scents and products that would be affordable and convenient. The store was definitely crowded and I would recommend visiting during a weekday before 2 or 3 pm. I did find most of their products to be overpriced like 9 dollars for hand cream that is less than 100 mL. However, there were good deals on mini scents and hand soap. I would also like them to opt with a lighter and refreshing music to help the atmosphere. I will definitely visit again to check out their candle section and to buy a different “luxurious” mist that came out recently, a scent I really adore!

A really bright colorful well organized store. With high energized employees. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I was happy to be in such a store with fantastic customer service. I was excited to find out that there is an aromatherapy product line. The checkout was setup with giant candy canes. They spray your hands with their brand of hand sanitizer upon entry. A truly wonderful experience.

The workers are very helpful and friendly, they offer you a bag if you’re holding something so you can shop easier. There are a lot of different varieties of hand soap, body wash, lotion, hand sanitizer, etc. There are different scents for everyone and they have amazing holiday and season scents. I highly suggest if you’re going to shop here to wait for a sale on the items you’re looking for because the original price can be a little high. Overall if you’re looking for pretty and/or great scents visit here but wait for a sale.

Visited here with a $25 gift card, which got me only two small bottles of body wash. Wow. The store felt cramped and there were numerous stacks of shipping boxes and hand carts sitting around, making it feel a little more like a Dollar General store than a mall outlet. Customer service met me at the entrance and was a bit pushy. Music over the loud speakers was way too loud. Overall, not an enjoyable shopping experience.

I loved very bright colorful beautiful store, great organized. Employees are so energetic. Very helpful polite knowledgeable. Remarkable customer service. I'll experienced fantastic 🤗💥
