Bath & Body Works

I visited Bath & Body Works for body lotions and loved the experience! They always have great offers and new product launches. I really like their mini packs of creams, sanitizers, and lip balms — everything smells so divine! Their body lotions, shower gels, and body mists are amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful too. Definitely one of my favorite stores! 💖✨

Literally love this store. I am a lover of all things scented and seasonal as far as hand soap and candles and their variety is awesome.

My wife loves this shop. She also likes body shop but this one is good for daily use creams . We normally get from this shop, if we have to gift something to our friends and families . Nice and quick customer service . Good location .. billing can be a little faster but overall a good experience

I’m extremely disappointed with the management at the Bath & Body Works in Menlo Park Mall. I called earlier in the week specifically to confirm the store’s opening time for Candle Day, and the manager gave me completely wrong information. I rearranged my entire day around what they told me, only to show up and learn the store opened two hours later. This wasn’t just a small mix-up — it was careless, unprofessional, and showed zero regard for customers’ time. Candle Day is chaotic enough without managers giving out incorrect information and wasting people’s mornings.

Literally the worst Bath and body Works I have ever been to. So bad that I called corporate. The experience I had with someone behind the register and a manager was disgustingly. Avoid this store at all costs.
