I had such a great experience thanks to Brainer and Marisol. I came in close to closing time, and they were still just as attentive, sweet, and kind-hearted. They never made me feel rushed and genuinely cared about helping customers. Both were very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. You can truly tell they care about what they do, and it made my visit such a positive experience. Thank you!

My husband was racially profiled in this store a 2nd time by the same staff, Ms Morales. My husband went into our local Edgewater store to return a candle that was recently purchased by him a few weeks ago. He mentioned to Ms Morales that he didn’t have a receipt but could provide the card used with the original purchase and he only wanted to exchange the candle. She very adamantly stated he couldn’t do it and took the candle from him and placed it behind the counter. My husband left the store and called other stores and Corporate to find out that the return would be accepted. It was Ms Morales that wasn’t allowing the return. He had other staff help him and ended up finding his previous purchase and helped him with the simple exchange and now he found a candle that he loves pictures belo

Y'all, I have a candle problem and this place being downstairs from where I live is driving me to bankruptcy, I love them so much. My online orders are always packaged nicely and reinforced for maximum weight strength. Beautiful store, lovely people.

Welcoming workers, nice product. Also good for those looking for a little gift sets and travel size products! You can try out most of the products in store if you want to.

Always pick up my online orders from this location. A few days ago, store worker - "Gabby" - treated me as if I were a nuisance :/ What gives?
