Today, at around 6 pm, my sister and I visited this location at the Miller Hill Mall. Having just moved here from out of state, we were eager to take part in the sales that they had going on, as we were previously regular customers of a Louisiana store. While shopping, we heard a young (probably around 12-year-old) boy screaming from the entrance, pleading with the employees to call for help because someone was "chasing him with a knife". The employees just laughed, and the boy ended up running to the store across the hall and getting assistance there. My sister and I were so disgusted with this unprofessional behavior that we put all of the items we had intended to purchase down and left the store. I always have a great experience at this Bath & Body Works! The location is spacious and stocked to the brim with products and beautiful, eye-catching displays. If I'm at the mall, I love to walk by even if I don't plan on stopping in! Recently I visited and smelled a new scent that I absolutely adored, but didn't purchase that day and didn't remember the name of. I called and spoke with a representative and they were able to search and determine exactly what scent it had been so I could make an order! Thanks so much!

The store was a total dud- The manager, Riley, wasn't helpful at all. She got my order completely wrong, and didn't do anything about it.

I went in for the candle sale today. One worker brought her dog in so several workers surrounded the puppy as most would do. I was very patient but finally asked if I could get around. I did have a stroller and my areas of movement were limited. The other aisles were blocked with spare candles to put out which I totally understood and just waited for my daughter to come and watch the stroller while I wandered the aisles I couldn’t reach. Although I was in line and and the one who was escorting people to open registers was very rude. My grandson was crying and I was trying to pick him up. She was telling me I was in the way. Obviously not concerned he was crying. We then went to the check out line and she continued to make remarks about us being in the way with a stroller. Obviously she w
