Woman at the front was unpleasant and unhelpful. We shopped around anyway. Another woman was very kind and helpful. (Wish I would have caught her name) Felt like we were a bother to everyone else especially the “greeter”.. Ended up putting our items back and left. Won’t go back ever.
Not my kinda store but I have bought a few things there. Always smells good tho.

I absolutely love bath & body works.. they're always coming out with new seasonal candles if you can't find what you're looking for in the store they always order it online for you. Always fully stocked. Courteous service in a clean store
