I cannot say enough wonderful things about this store!! I wish I could give the MANAGER SARAH 10 🌟 ⭐️ stars! I have never been around a better manager! Sarah goes so far above and beyond to consistently help me! She helps me find all my scents, and will suggest other ones, that I end up loving! She takes her time with me, and I feel like she is my very own personal shopper! She treats all her employees and customers with such respect and kindness. I would drive across the state to go to that store! I can't say enough good things about her and the store! To everyone in Utah--go to this store, and go have Sarah help you-it is so worth it! To the Draper store, and especially Sarah-Happy Holidays & cheers to you. Thank you for everything you do to make this BBW store the best!!! 🎄✨️🎁🥰

I came in to purchase one specific product. Although all three employees were standing at the doorway area none of them spoke to me. They continued standing in the same area talking poorly about other customers that had been in the store and then I stood at the checkout counter and the guy that was working made eye contact with me and did not come to the counter. Extremely poor customer service. This is not acceptable

Bought candles today, very overpriced. They dont even fill a small room, very weak smell. The lotions dont actually mosturize, they actually make my skin even more dry. The smells are very nice, but extremely over priced. Just a name brand

Horrible experience!!!! I've shopped in this store for Years!!!!! Never had a bad experience!!!!!! UNTIL TODAY!!!! Will not be back!

This is my favorite location to go to. Friendly environment and helpful staff. Karla especially was nice to talk to and very helpful.
