Bath & Body Works

My wife and I like to shop at Bath & Body Works they have great items like body wash,handwsh,candles, and antibacterial spray. They have large assortment of items for the house and personal items.

The girl at the front door @ approx 4:30 on 2/3/23 was a gem and very helpful and kind. The cashier with the long pink nails and hearts however was anything but helpful. And had no understanding of customer service or how the simplicity of rewards or coupons work. Lack of communication between what I wanted and what she demanded was another factor why I’ll stick to my local B&BW rather than this one. P.s. she kept my coupon despite her employee benefits LOL

They always keep the store in order regardless of how busy it is. Always very friendly too. There is an employee named Kevin and he helped me when I first left the house after the pandemic. Ever since he has always remembered me and always helpful. All of them have great customer service.

I went to this store because the one by my house is closed today. Since it's Sunday I knew it would be busy. The girl greeting was very nice and helpful. My problem was with the cashier, she asked if I had my rewards and I said yes, showed her my phone but she didn't scan my app., so I got no points for my purchase. Just make sure you see them scan your rewards.
