Bath & Body Works

I love, love, love Bath and Body Works. I usually shop online because I don't like to shop in large crowds. But this time I decided to go to the store (Juban Crossings) to shop. Although it was extremely busy, the Staff was very friendly, and helpful. I definitely will keep shopping at Bath and Body Works online for sure and in the store whenever I need something ASAP.

They are some of the kindness people I know all ways will to help you find whatever you're looking for and the store or answer any questions about any product's. They truly appreciate and love their customers.

Ms. Valerie was a great help today . She led me to exactly what I needed . Helping me find the perfect present for My Sister .

Don’t even bother going for the semi annual sale at this location. The store is so chaotic and unorganized. I got to check out and none of my items that I found in the sale bins were actually on sale. None. When I asked they said anything in the bins count, they were “certain”. They had no tester candles for any of the plug ins so you have to buy blindly, most didn’t have name tags so I couldn’t even see the scent name, and then when you get to check out nothing was actually on sale. I love bath and body works but will not be back to this location.

3 months I simply had a question. Well the Store Manager (amanda i think) and the it was a store lead in the front were rockstars. The store lead made sure that I got the help that I needed (I can't remember her name, neka, meka, idk but she was a sweetie pie) I press email for all my receipts. I had my receipt, and my body spray was defective. Maybe the ladies at the register had a long day, so they weren't thinking to ask clarifying questions to assist me. Either way this is my go to store in Louisiana. I'm a permanent customer.
