VIP NAILS & BAR

My first time coming to VIP nails and I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. I came yesterday evening around 5:30p to get a basic pedicure. I was told it was $38 and in all fairness, the pedicure itself was enjoyable. The lady working on me seemed to be doing a good job. I got all black gel polish and even though she didn’t ask me if that’s what I wanted before applying, it was fine because that’s what I usually get anyways. The issues arise when I get to checkout and was told my total was $58 without being informed where the extra $20 price came from. I went ahead and paid without saying anything because honestly I was just tired and the work was already done but when I went home, I got in the shower, and as soon as I stepped in the water the gel polish literally melted off of my big toe.

Really great service, I told the guy what issued id had with previous nail salons and he recommended an overlay. And I absolutely love them, im more of a short natural nail so they are perfect! Definitely will be back.

This was my first time going to VIP Nails and seeing Kim, and I was so impressed! She was super friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. She did an amazing job on my nails — very detailed and professional. I can definitely say I’ll be coming back to see her again. Highly recommend Kim if you’re looking for someone who really cares about her work and her clients!

My mom passed away two weeks ago, and at 38 weeks pregnant I decided to take my two daughters (15 and 3) here for services so we could unwind and have a comforting day together. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unfriendly. Unlike other patrons, we were never offered beverages. My daughters’ pedicure lasted no more than 15 minutes. The polish had to be redone twice because it was clumpy and poorly applied—honestly, it looked as though a child had done it. The “foot massage” I received was not a massage at all, even after I specifically asked if she could actually massage my feet. I've been going to VIP Nails for four years now. It's the only nail salon I've been to since moving here and since the first day I went there (Thanksgiving 2021) I didn't have to look any further. The whole staff is friendly and it's a great atmosphere. When it comes to waxing, Kim is at the top of my list! She's personable, she knows her clients and that makes me feel great!
