Bath & Body Works

I visit this store frequently, purchasing items on sale to have on hand for birthdays, mom's day and especially Christmas 🎁. I saved a bag of items for each college grand daughter, and noticed duplicate items and gaps . KIM very graciously helped me exchange and swap out items til both girls have a complete set in their favorite fragrance She also cancelled and rerang my order from two days previous, allowing me to use my coupons. I don't see how this place stays open. The scents aren't as good as they was before. A few years ago this place was awesome they had stuff that just made sense. Now it's nothing like that at all. This company needs to find better scentologists. To bring more sweeter scents here. I haven't been here in months just bc the scents are awful. They got rid of the Georgia peach best ever Lavender 🪻 in Bloom which was one of my all time favorites. Thousand wishes went out but then they brought it back bc they know this is a very good one. The beach if definitely a big one for me.. I'll try again since it's the winter. But not happy bc they have deleted too many good ones

Customer service is bad at this location. My sister and I went in today to look around and see what was on sale. There was only one other Customer in the store and several workers. We were in the store for at least 10 minutes and the workers walked around like we were not even in the store. Another woman walked in and 2 of the workers went straight to her and asked if they could help her. I've never been in a bath and body where no one asked if they could help me.

Went into the store looking for a gift for my mom. Had no clue what I was looking for until I spoke to one of the associates. They were very courteous, knowledgeable and helped me pick out a gift. I was very impressed with the store. It was very clean and had a great atmosphere. I will definitely be back for future purchases

Great store, friendly faces, good customer services! I had a very pleasant visit, I had a little trouble finding it according to Google maps but it is in the target shopping center in the very corner on the other side of PetSmart
