The employees were great., very helpful with the scents and also very efficient at ringing up orders and getting people through the lines!!

I visited the North Georgia Premium Outlets location today and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience with an employee named Alexandra (who went by Alex), who I was informed is the assistant manager. When another employee asked her to come assist with my customer issue, her demeanor appeared rude and hostile. When she approached me, she continued to speak in a loud and unprofessional manner, which made the interaction uncomfortable. The cashier was apologetic and provided me with the customer service number, which I did call to report the incident. The customer service representative was very surprised by my experience and sincerely apologized, stating that this behavior does not align with the standards Bath & Body Works is known for. Bath and body works is the best. I got perfume, lotion, a cologne and 6 hand sanitizers, all for under $30. You can’t beat that.

Excellent customer service!! And unbeatable prices too. I went home with 8 items, all for $32.10. Of course, I had coupons but this Outlet Mall location always seems to have deals going on. Now I understand why everyone goes here lol

The bath and body works at the outlet mall is the best. I bought so much stuff and paid only $49. I used a 20% off coupon and I also got a couple of free items with coupon. They had lotion for 75% off. They also had foaming hand soaps for $2 and $1.75. The staff was so helpful,warm and inviting.
