The store is clean, bright and the setup is neatly organized. The employees are really helpful and welcoming/inviting. There's an easy access to White Barn from inside the store.

The store is nice and well-kept, but the customer service here could be better.

I came in the other week just to look around and found some nice fragrances. Unfortunately, when I went to check out this rude man named John was working the register and was yelling at me while trying to sign up for the rewards program. I felt so uncomfortable and I'm definitely never coming back.

Customer service lacking. One associate just stared at me as I smelled a fragrance spray, the other one blatantly so unprofessionally said, "Check out on the other side." Other than that, hugely and well stocked location inside the mall. I found the aromatherapy collection, which was the reason for my visit. Do I recommend? If you're other than black, I guess.

The place smells nice and is huge. I asked around for womanly advice since I am a derp at these olaces. Came to a consensus on a good smelling face washes.
