I don't normally feel one way or another regarding customer service at Bath and Body Works because it's never a bad experience. But for some reason, today (7/5/25) I left feeling really happy and taken care of. They jumped to help find an item and then as I was leaving, I asked a question that could have been answered with a simple yes/no/idk. However, the employee kindly and excitedly went into detail about some upcoming products and when they'd be out. She was so warm in her demeanor and speaking to her about something as silly as body care products just lifted my spirits after having a rough week. Lol Thanks for making my week better, Covington BBW!

It was a pleasant shopping experience. The salespeople were knowledgeable and courteous and focused on customer service. They even told me that an item I was going to buy was going on sale at a better price the next day, so I should hold off buying it until then. The store was very busy but each salesperson was multitasking, waiting on multiple customers at once while still making sure the store was in order. I recommend this store for last minute gifts.

My rating is not for this particular store, but for the company. The e-company at least. I recently ordered 5 bottles of soaps from them. I was hoping to get them sooner, so I paid extra for the expedited shipping. Thats fine, but after I ordered and paid, they said 3 items were out of stock and I ended up only getting 2 items that cost less than the expedited shipping. I wish they had contacted me and allowed me to change to standard shipping. I mean, who wants to pay more for shipping than the product is worth? Not me, at least.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Store was very busy and open early for candle day and everyone was still super nice and helpful. Like most BABW stores it is jam packed with stock in every nook and cranny which is great because they often have what I'm looking for without being sold out. They make good use of the space though and the store is easily walkable. Staff is also very quick to get out BOPIS orders and does a lot of prep when big sales are going on so lines can move smoothly.
