Two stars because the store itself is nice but that’s about it. I went up to the counter to make my purchase and had to wait two minutes for the employees behind the counter to finish their conversation (about another employee nonetheless) before they acknowledged me. I’d like to be able to say they just didn’t notice me but that wouldn’t be accurate as one woman looked over at me as I was awkwardly standing there listening to their conversation. I don’t expect much when I’m shopping but this was just rude. .5/10 won’t be back.

Went in for a hand soap and they were on a great sale! So I stocked up. Also checked the app and found out I had two coupons to use so I got a free candle and a free hand cream. Staff was super helpful in helping me shop even though it was busy. They still made time to help me understand what the coupons could be used for and showed me which candles would work with the coupons. Helped me pick a scent I love. Great experience. I love shopping this location.

The store was clean and organized. The staff welcomed me, answered my questions, and provided small talk. They really had great energy!

Wonderful selection of hand soaps, candles, body sprays, candle holders. Staff was extremely happy and helpful.
