Took my grandson there to finish up his holiday shopping. BBW was crowded but you were able to move around freely. I had a couple of questions about candles and the in wall aroma sale and was helped by a delightful and pleasant young lady named CiCi. She was patient and kind and answered all my questions. She made the experience very enjoyable.

Discourteous staff along with a rude manager, Sheryl ... they packed me a "Try Me" sample product and when I called regarding this, they were not apologetic at all and gave only one option, which was to return to the store to get a new one ... assuming everyone lives near by. The non-apologetic tone was the biggest reason for this feedback. Terrible experience.

Very friendly and attentive staff! The male at the register knew every sale they had going on and suggested I buy one more candle for a few more dollars which I did! Nice selection , huge variety to choose from! Love this place!

Inventory was good otherwise would've put 1 star due to the absolute god awful service from the Lovely Sheryl behind the counter. Responded to my pregnant girlfriend and I with mad attitude for them missing items in our online order and us asking for replacement. Her response sounded as if it was an inconvenience for them for us having a problem.

I went in to pickup an online order, and Tammy didn't just hand me the bag. She went through, double checking that i had everything, and corrected one item that was pulled incorrectly. This is the busy season and Tammy went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect!
