Bath & Body Works

Earlier today my wife went to the Bath & Body Works to take pictures of items she sends to me to buy for her. It is common for her to do this especially with our anniverary around the corner. Today she told me she was being followed around the store feeling profiled and harassed by an employee. This interaction made her feel uncomfortable causing her to leave the store. I asked if she got the employee's name. She said she didn't, however she was able to describe her as a plus sized lady with green hair. The most uncomfortable part was when my wife left the store and was in her vehicle getting ready to leave. The same employee followed her out of the store, got in her own vehicle and blocked my wife's vehicle, preventing her from being able to leave - as she used her phone to take pictures

Great customer service. The lady made sure that we got all of the deals that we were suppose to get. Even canceled the order and rang it up again to make sure. The whole time smiling and talking with us. Everyone there was helpful and friendly.

Great customer service but there aromatherapy selection is dwindling. I must be the only one who buys it. So disappointed with current selection but only go when there's a buy 3 get 3 free sale. Still pricey but worth it on sale

Service has gone down hill. Used to come here every week. Now I dont want to come at all but they closed down several locations and this is now the closest to my house. Guess I need to find another store

Loved my experience today in ordering on line and then swinging by to pick it up... it was fast and very convenient! The only negative was that the web site wouldn’t let me use my 2 free items on 1 order
