Typical guy I go here almost last minute before Valentine's day. Because of Covid-19 I had to wait about 10 minutes to be able to go in and shop. Not to bad really. Once inside the staff offered great recommendations based on my description of favorite fragrances.
Andrea was so helpful she showed me things I didn't even know I needed! All the greeters are friendly.
One of my favorite stores to shop for smell good body and bath options. Also love the candles!!
My experience was not the best. Lines were very long, the weather was extremely cold and raining at times. Perhaps shoppers should have been given a time frame, to do their shopping.
