We were welcomed when walking in the store and had a great time looking around at everything. This store is my favorite place to visit when I come to University mall. It smells good and has tons of good deals around. They always have so many testers so you can really try stuff out before you buy it. It's great. I love it!!

Had a wonderful experience today. The staff were super friendly especially Kathleen. She went above and beyond to wrap a gift for me even with a short line forming behind me. Little things like like this makes for great customer service. Thank you Kathleen for being so kind and welcoming.

THIS STORE IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. The number is disconnected. I’ve twice tried to remove it from Google maps. For that to actually be done, presumably an admin needs to remove the website and home delivery services. There are 2-3 other nearby BBW storefronts, and somewhere approaching 0% of the population needs to access this Google Maps description of a defunct store front in order to find the website to order online. Google maps is a valuable crowdsourced utility. The persistence of misleading and false information detracts from it’s efficacy. FWIW: This actually reflects poorly on BBW. Transparent anti-consumer behavior is tres uncool.

Awesome sales person! Energetic and knowledgeable! Wish I could remember their name but surely you will recognize bubbly personality.
