i had an amazing experience this morning! there was a lot of new sent to pick from. Christina helped me find the perfect one. i was extremely satisfied going home today. she was very happy and gave off great vibes and an awesome shopping environment

I went to the store yesterday, and had an amazing experience the employees were amazing and helpful, I never been to bath and body works before and one of the employee names kaidence was really helpful and kind with showing me some thing, I was confused on like the deals. One of the other employees a nice girl names Melissa was really kind as well, as Christina I felt like I was being annoying with do many questions but they were all kind and helpful. Which I was pleasantly surprised because it was hella busy. I will definitely be back, highly recommend🫶🏻

Awful experience. I usually love Bath & Body Works, but this location is honestly the worst I’ve been to. I tried getting help from an employee named Cadance, and she acted like I was interrupting her day just by asking a question. She wouldn’t make eye contact, barely answered me, and kept giving me this attitude like she couldn’t be bothered. I figured maybe the manager would be more helpful, so I tried speaking with Christina, but that was a waste of time too. She didn’t seem interested in hearing what happened and brushed everything off like it wasn’t a big deal. If that’s how the manager behaves, no wonder the staff does too. The whole visit was so uncomfortable that I left without buying anything. I’ve always had great experiences at other Bath & Body Works stores, but this location

Horrible! Online pick up is supposed to be more convenient, but you have to stand in a ridiculously long line while there are like five employees on the floor doing absolutely nothing but trying to look busy. Instead of being more concerned about theft and hawking every customer, get your orders out the door and customers checked out fast! Customers are spending money on your products for poor customer service! Do not purchase the body butter lotions as they go bad fast! They like to have sales so people purchase more and you end up having to toss it all!

Horrible experience. I LOVE bath and body works, just not this one. I'm extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Bath & Body Works. The staff was incredibly rude and unfriendly, making me feel like an unwelcome customer. I was trying to get assistance from an employee named Rachel, but she clearly wasn't listening to me and acted like she didn't care about my questions or concerns. Her dismissive attitude was really off-putting, and it made the whole shopping experience unpleasant. I ended up leaving without making a purchase. I've always enjoyed shopping at Bath & Body Works, but after this experience, I'm not sure I'll be back to this location. The poor customer service definitely needs improvement.
