JORDON, was the best sales associate that I’ve ever encountered inside of Bath & Body Works. She was not only knowledgeable about the products. Speaking specifically to the notes within the product because I was looking for raspberry or something similar She was knowledgeable about exactly what I was referring to when I was naming some of the older that they no longer had in season. She needs to get employee a month or a raise or something Recognition!! She was outstanding!! I’ve had an Extremely challenging terrible month especially week and very stressful so what I did for myself was I decided to go in there and by myself some new body since shower gel, etc. (Along with a few other thing on agenda). Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. The associate was checking someone out for a total of 10 minutes. But when I say checking her out she was really letting the woman stand there and smell every perfume on the counter. I understand recommending new products, I’ve worked in retail before. But if you see another customer waiting behind someone, at least offer to open another register or at least attempt to shorten the process with your current customer. I’ve never seen anything like it before. Then, when I came back, the same sales associate was purchasing items of her own and turned around to me and asked “did you still want those three items from before?” in the snarkiest tone ever. I ending up only getting 1 of the items I wanted because I truly didn’t even want to
