It's a great store, especially if the item you want is on sale. The candles are always a good buy when they're reduced.

So disappointed of one of the employees. I didn't see her name but I remember her face, if I come back to this location and see her definitely dont let her help me never again. I was looking for a dry shampoo the champagne smell, she told me she will look for in the back or whatever, then while I was waiting in the cashier, magically she found one where we looked before in the drawers. It's obvious she removed the sticker of the only bottle left the "try me" one, I can still feel the glue residue and the paint of the bottle came off. Very disappointed of the way they to try to sell. The products are not cheap to be doing this to the customers. It was better just to day we don't have anymore or recommend something else. I'm so mad and disappointed

I have gone so many times and they never disappoint with the sales. Every time I go I am greeted with a amazing employee named Liliana which is ironic since it's also my name. She's always very helpful. She always finds perfect scents. She has shown my scent I would've never picked up and I now wear daily. Highly recommend place best staff.

Love bath and body works. The staff is always so kind and helpful directing me to everything I would need. Thhe store is always clean and easy to navigate. But today a young lady kept referring to the candles as "she" and "her". For example "she is the best smelling one". I wasn't offended but weirded out enough to make my shopping short this time. Im sure someone is going to find this offensive at some point.

They are having a mother's day sale right now for a bag filled with items and it's a pretty good deal. The gal that helped us, Kat I believe, was very friendly and personable. The girl at the counter, however, was pretty rude and snappy but unfortunately I did not get her name
