This has to be the nicest and most helpful staff that I've ever had the pleasure to be helped by at Bath & Bodyworks. I stocked up on some of my favorite holiday scents and more. Make sure you download the App. They new specials everyday!

Yesterday I went to bath and body works because they were having a sale everything was 5.95. I was assisted by Jackie who was very nice . She showed me around. Also directed me to the different perfume selections. I highly recommend Jackie .

this location has the worst customer service out of all the bath & Body works I've ever been to. Even the managers are extremely subpar. But it's okay, it helps me save money because experiencing the customer service here really takes ALL the scents down a couple of notches. To the point where If you were on the fence about something, you don't even want it and can definitely do without it. Gone are the days of bath & Body works being about just wanting you to love it. Also, this review isn't just from one incident. It's a pattern that I noticed with this store on multiple occasions with different employees.

If it were up to me, I wouldn’t even give this store one star. I had a horrible experience shopping here with my five-year-old and one-year-old. I came in looking for a new fragrance, smelling different options to decide which I liked. An employee with medium-length dark hair approached me and asked if I needed help. I politely told her I didn’t, and I continued shopping. As I moved to the plug-in fragrance section, I noticed she was pretending to fix items right next to me, clearly following me. Then she called another worker over and told her to “watch me” because she thought I was stealing. I was the only person of color in the store at the time. I felt humiliated and offended. I approached the second worker to let her know how disrespectful that was, and she even apologized, saying s
