Love this brand. This store location at the Flatirons mall has been relocated twice recently. It is currently left of H&M on the 2nd floor (where Yankee Candle once was.. long ago). The revamped store looks great!! Definitely an upgrade from before. Employees are friendly and welcoming.

Manager is great at what she does - kind, helpful, and professional. Clean and well-organized store. Ordered online and was ready the next day - easy and efficient, with thoughtful packaging.

I love this place! So cute, well laid out, festive and joyful! but best of all, the BEST customer service I've had in retail in forever! I was helped by a young lady named Kelsie (sp?) and she was not only incredibly helpful, personable, funny and knowledgable of the product line! She helped me find an amazing holiday gift, and I can't wait to give it to my loved one! 🥰🌈✨️ 10/10 experience!! ♥️

Shout out to the girl who took one look at me in my floor-length black skirt and goth makeup, came up to me, and said: "We have Vampire Blood perfume!!" And showed me right where it was. It was hilarious and made my day
