Bath & Body Works

Love this bath and body works location! It’s very efficient being in brea mall and I always find myself enjoying the newly products brought to its store. Yet I did come across some bad and rude workers. One of them being a manager. The manager with the red hair. I always try to keep a positive attitude as I myself also work in customer service. Yet when I came in the store she didn’t reciprocate appropriate professional behavior. I understand workers may be having a bad day but that doesn’t and shouldn’t result in disrespectful behavior towards customers when it’s apart of your job. Hope to experience better.

In years I've never known it was here- I always thought it was just in Brea Mall!!!! Tracey was an exceptional helper and she really knew her scents and where things were staged! The staff was amazing, so kind and patient... Luv it, will be back numerous times for my needs!!! I like this better then I'm a big mall, it's more personal and quaint!!!! Thanks everyone for an amazing experience! 👍😎🫶

Isabella is a good worker @ the Anaheim hills location good staff.

Just went into the store last week had an amazing experience with the store manger (Priscilla) and gentlemen Roberto they were amazing got to spend a little to much but got all the gifts I needed! Will be coming back soon
