Bath & Body Works

My opinion bath and body needs to go back to greeting customers with baskets and asking if their customers need help finding anything. I hate going in a store and the associates are talking about guys then talking about security guards etc. I just feel that jobs need to be more professional than that. The associates are very nice but I just think that there is a time and a place for everything. It's not just them it's a lot of stores you go in these days.

Easily returned a few productsthat I decided I didn't like without any questions! Then purchased some more products that are currently 50% off! Love our Bath and Body Works at Mercer Mall.. Melissa is an amazing manager!

The absolute best staff at our store. I couldn't ask for better. They are always helpful and courteous. Most of them know me on sight and they know the scents I love best. Its always a family kind of feeling when I go into this store, I highly recommend Bath$Body Works, at Mercer Mall.
