Bath & Body Works

I bought from this store ant Northtown Blaine on September 01 2023 and was charged twice when I payed cash and they took from my card as well. Very bad customer service. They said to call the bank, bank tells me to call the store. And I never got my money back or my Refund and the people work there they said they cannot find the purchase when , we cannot find it which cash register you paid and what time the purchase was . I called my bank and I did dispute.

They were very helpful and organized

I definitely appreciate the buy 3 get 3 sales. I also appreciate products are now paraben free. I would like to see wax melts. Into the night would be great as one. Set up of the products are nice. I don't think this store is any different than other Bath and body works stores.

I was shopping on Black Friday for some specific lotions for two women on my Christmas list. I was lost as to where to look. But as soon as I entered, an employee asked if I needed help. Then she told me about their "Buy Any 3, Get Any 3 Free" deal. I got the lotions I wanted (2 large bottles) and then picked out 4 smaller items. By adding ONE $6 item I got 3 more free, a $16.50 value! Great deal that my daughter and future daughter-in-law will love! And the service was great! Short, fast check-out and they even have away some very pretty wrapping materials. Awesome shopping experience!

I feel as though staff could be more friendly and helpful . I went in today for the semi annual sale and I wasn’t aware only certain tables were included in the semi annual sale . I am used to majority of the store being included in the sale . (My own negligence for not reading the signs ) but when I got to the counter the cashier (not sure of her name) was very rude in my opinion when I asked why the price of my body spray was $16.50 she responded rudely that it’s apart of the buy 3 get 1 free and when I asked how come there aren’t more items included in the semi annual she responded rudely that the sale has always been the same (which I know isn’t true ). There was also a different associate on the floor who I asked about a certain fragrance and she had no idea what I was talking about
