Bath & Body Works

Very disappointed in Bath & Body Works this Fall. Visited 2 shops in one day looking for Fall foaming soaps and in both I got the same disappointing results- barely any Fall products. In past years going to Bath & Body in Fall or Winter was exciting & fun. You would walk right into an entire display of seasonal soaps, sprays & lotions & the store would smell like it. As you walked through the store, you saw so many choices. This year at 2 locations, I walked in and saw a random selection of products ranging from lemon to vanilla… I was surprised not to see the colors of Fall & the Fall line of soaps & sprays. When I asked in both stores, I was told we put our Fall stuff out in August and are out now so we had to fill shelves up with other items. Fall just officially started 5 days ago an

Got a notification saying that I picked up my online order even though I didn’t. Spent almost an hour on hold with customer service only for them to say I have to get a refund to repurchase. Needless to say I won’t be repurchasing or placing online orders to be picked up at that location again.

It is always a pleasant experience whenever I shop at Bath & Body Works. I also order on the app, which is very efficient and quick.

This is my favorite Bath and Body Works location. I come here for all my scented goodies. Iive closer to the Lehigh Valley Mall locations but they are always so hectic and a little pushy. This place is very calm and never too hectic. I am a person who is absolutely obsessed with fall so when the fall scents and goodies got released I was out the door of my house and at this location faster than a freight train. Little did I know the fall wallflowers were not released in stores until that Sunday, but the lovely manager that day grabbed the one wallflower I was obsessed with from the back for me and was able to buy it. The people working here are awesome (:

Emily the supervisor was horrible! She was rude, and I was told I could bring my half burned candles in for an exchange when I got there after driving 35 minutes they said they couldn’t take it back because it’s less than half since the wax doesn’t burn where the metal stops. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! MAYBE YOU SHOULDVE DISCLOSED THAT WHEN I CALLED! Save your time and don’t go here.
