Bath & Body Works

I arrived at the Bath & Body Works location at approximately 5:30 PM, while the store’s posted closing time was 6:00 PM. I was denied entry and told the store was closing early due to a line. At that time, there was no long line, and several customers continued to approach the door and were turned away. While waiting nearby, I personally observed the staff allow one man to enter the store, while continuing to deny everyone else. When I returned to the door and asked about this, staff denied letting anyone in, which was untrue. I was only permitted entry after stating that I had recorded them allowing another customer inside. This situation was handled in a very unprofessional manner, including dishonesty and inconsistent enforcement of store access. If the store intended to close early,

This is, by far, the absolute best Bath & Body Works store I have ever shopped at. The associates are always so outgoing and welcoming; it feels more like I'm talking to a girlfriend than a salesperson. I stop by once a week, sometimes more, just to treat myself to a new body spray, lotion, candle, etc.. I highly recommend this Bath & Body Works location for great quality, selection and amazing customer service!

Nyra and Jacquel (I'm so sorry if I'm misspelling your name, my memory is failing me) we're exceptionally polite, helpful, relatable, and so easy to talk to! They really elevated the shopping experience! They had first hand recommendations that fit my scent profile, along with new products worth exploring. The store was fully stocked, lined up, clean, and organized! This is the only location I go to, and it will continue to be!

This location (Mccalla, Al Store#82213) is always awesome!! All the associates are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their products, which always seems to balance between saving money and acquiring more quantity!!!! 🔊🔊Shout out to Mrs. Donna she simply asked if my item was a gift, she then, so motherly, placed it in a gift bag w/ their lovely gift paper, unsolicited n effortlessly!!Kindness is what this 🌏 so desperately craves😘 💜💙💜

Terrible customer service. Closed at least 15 minutes before posted closing time. Would not even speak to me about picking up an online mobile order.
