I have been buying bath and body works lotions, body mists, wall fragrances, and handwashes online for years. Recently, one of the body mist bottles was broken. I thought to go in a store to ask for an exchange. The 1st agent we saw, she said as they dont have a similar one in stock, she can't help us with it, and we should contact customer service online. As I was there we picked up few other products and as we approached to cashier, Dev, a girl at cash register asked my son who had the body mist in his hand if we are buying it. We shared all with her. She asked to have a look at it and asked if I wanted an exact replacement or would like to have a refund or adjust against the current bill. Love the way this woman Evelyn helped. I do have to say there. The girls that were at the register were extremely rude. Only 2 of them not all. I was watching to see if I was crazy, but I noticed it. The girl ( Asian descent maybe 28 years old) was super rude. She walked away from the register and left me and my friend hanging. She was speaking so slow to be rude. She was insinuating that someone is slow. Little does she know she was the problem. She lacks professionalism and so did the girl after. With that aggressive attitude im contacting corporate. Then the other younger gurl used my points when I said to use my perk of being a new loyalty member. Not redeem my points I just earned. Evelyn saved the night. I’ve been a loyal Bath & Body Works customer since the Cotton Blossom days! Although that fragrance has long been discontinued and its reimagined versions have come and gone, it’s been tough finding anything that truly matches my beloved Cotton Blossom. Thankfully, Gary at the Bay Terrace Mall location went above and beyond in helping me explore new scents that fit my preferences. His patience, product knowledge, and most importantly, his genuine kindness and empathy made all the difference. You are truly appreciated, Gary, and we hope your company knows what an amazing asset you are to them. Kudos!

I had a very disappointing experience at this Bath & Body Works location recently. There was an older Asian woman working on the floor who was extremely dismissive and impolite. She didn’t greet me, offer any assistance, or even acknowledge me when I walked in. Her attitude felt cold and unwelcoming the entire time. What made things worse was that as I went to the register to check out, she followed me and just stood nearby without saying a word or helping. It felt like she was watching me to make sure I gave everything to the cashier — as if I couldn’t be trusted. She wasn’t doing anything productive, just standing there and making the experience uncomfortable. I left feeling disrespected and judged, not like a valued customer. Picked up online order and realized when I got home that the foaming soap refill was leaking and quarter empty. They double bagged my order which they don't usually do - I suspect they knew it was leaking but just decided to double bag it.
